12 Month International Warranty
All Blincko items are covered with a 12 month international warranty, in addition to the Consumers Rights covered under the Australian Consumers Law. This includes any discoloration or chipping of metal or enamel parts or fallen stones. The warranty expires 12 months from the date of purchase as indicated at the back of the warranty card received with the item.
Using the Warranty
In case of any discoloration, fallen stones, breaking or chipping of metal or enamel in your jewelry, you may send us an email with a copy of the e-receipt, the warranty card (the side with the order number), and photos of the faulty item(s) to . Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day to discuss the case further and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. Shipping cost of the new item sent to you will be covered by us.*
Only the faulty parts will be replaced. For items with multiple parts, where only certain part(s) are faulty, the product may need to be repaired and partially replaced.
In such cases, the item needs to be shipped back to us, for a replacement of parts.*
The warranty does not apply to:
Products that have been exposed to chemicals, such as perfumes, soap, or skin care products.
Products that have been scratched.
Products damaged/dented due to an accident.
Products that have already been replaced.
Other parts of a jewelry piece that do not need replacing.
We reserve the right to refuse the application of warranty to a product if we deem that the faulty product has been subject to any of the above.
For items with expired warranty, a repair service may be offered at a cost of 39.00 AUD.**
If product is deemed eligible for the repair, the repaired product will come with a new 6 months warranty.

Repairs outside of the warranty terms may be offered, depending on the severity of the damage.
If so, a cost of 39.00 AUD will apply, and the repaired product will come with a new 6 months warranty.
