How to Exchange / Return An Item
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days from the time you receive it.
In order to exchange or return an item, please send us an email at . Please write a brief note, and attach a picture of the faulty item (should this be due to a manufacturing defect), and be sure to include your order number.
It is important that you communicate with us prior to sending any items back, so we can find the right solution for you.
A member of our team will then get back to you within 1 business day, and arrange for a return / exchange.
The purchased item must be unworn and in its original condition, returned with the original packaging.
In the case of returning an item, the refund will be processed once item is received on our end, and it is deemed to be in its original condition.
If you wish to return an item outside the 14 day window, please contact us so we can discuss the issue.

In case you change your mind within the 14 day window and wish to receive a full refund, the return shipping cost is covered by us. *
The shipping fee and the purchased amount will be refunded to you once item is received on our end. **
Change of Mind - Exchange
In the case of you wishing to exchange your already purchased item with another piece, the shipping fees associated with sending back the item to us will be your responsibility. We may or may not offer a second free shipping for the exchanged item(s).
Change of Size
Not the right size? No problem. Just let us know which size you would like instead, and send the item back to us once we confirm that we have the size you are after in stock. Please note that the shipping fees associated with sending the item back to us will be your responsibility. We offer free shipping for your exchanged item. (Please note that we can only offer free shipping for an exchanged item once, and if the size should be incorrect for a second time, you may incur the shipping fees.)
Factory Defect / Wrong Item
If your product has a manufacturing defect or if there has been a mistake with your order on our end, all shipping costs associated with the return will be paid back to you by Blincko. **
Fading or Chipping (Using the Warranty)
If your product has faded or the enamel part has been chipped, and you wish to use the 12 month replacement warranty, all you need to do is send us pictures of the faulty item along with a photo or a scan of your warranty card (the side with the order number on it). Once we deem the warranty applicable to your case, you can then send back the item. We will repair the item within 5 business days of receiving it, and send you a confirmation email with the tracking details once the repaired product is sent back to you. We cover the shipping cost when sending you the repaired item.
The shipping fees associated with sending the item back to us will be your responsibility.

* Please note that we can only cover standard shipping costs for the item you return to us, and an express postage cannot be covered by us.
** In this case, a copy of the postage receipt needs to be provided by you before a refund for incurred shipping fees can be processed. We cannot process a refund without a postage receipt.
